Course Introduction:

This course is designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the principles and practices necessary to ensure the safety and security of aerodromes. As air traffic continues to grow, safeguarding aerodromes against potential hazards is critical to maintaining safe operations and protecting both passengers and cargo. This five-day theoretical course covers essential topics such as risk assessment, planning, regulatory compliance, and effective communication strategies related to aerodrome safeguarding.

Participants will engage in discussions about the various threats faced by aerodromes, including environmental, operational, and security risks. Through case studies and theoretical frameworks, attendees will learn to identify vulnerabilities, implement safeguarding measures, and comply with relevant regulations.
