Today many organizations have adopted or are adopting formal management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 16949 and OHSAS 18001. Instead of having multiple systems, organizations are questioning WHY NOT have JUST ONE management system that compasses ALL management systems standards and be able to accommodate future process and system changes into that one structure for the organization as a whole.

This course advocates an integrated approach to minimize disruptions to operations as well as a process-based approach that is especially helpful in identifying weal links between processes and opportunities for improvement.

The participants will be able to understand the business process development and management into an integrated management system.

Upon successful completion of this course, the delegates will be able to:
