REQUIREMENTS

a. In advance of the course, participant should have a minimum of 20 hours self-familiarization with the regulations. (ICTD will send the soft copy of the course materials and book before the course starts)

It is mandatory for all the participants to present a negative test results (valid 1 month from the day of the release) for them be able to join the session. (NO NEGATIVE TEST NO PRACTICAL & EXAM)

b. Download and install Zoom on your desktop or laptop (smart phone is unacceptable), it is mandatory to have a camera and headset with mic. Ensure you have a working webcam and speaker/microphone. Ensure there is no background noise or interruptions.

Make sure that Al-Hosn Application is downloaded and activated before coming to ICTD Training Centre.

c. Have paper, pens and calculator to hand

All participants must wear the mask all the time, once you enter ICTD Training Centre.

d. Have a location with strong WiFi (adequate for webcam chat with no sound distortion) (we highly suggest you to stay in your office/s meeting room)

It is mandatory for all participants to sign the attendance sheet before entering the Practical/Exam Room.

e. To fill up the registration form & attendance sheet (everyday).

Failure to comply with this procedure results in denial of entry.
